SMS terms and conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By opting in to Rustica Lounge Bar & Restaurant ("we," "us," or "our") SMS messaging programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our SMS Privacy Policy (https://rusticalounge.getbento.com/sms-privacy-policy/). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not opt in to our SMS messaging programs.

Our SMS messaging programs allow you to receive text messages from us, including marketing messages, promotional offers, and transactional messages. You may also be able to send text messages to us.
3. Opting In and Out
You can opt in to our SMS messaging programs by texting a keyword to the short code provided. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by texting STOP to the number we send messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can reply with the keyword to the short code as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
